Out on Fæstevej 4, far beyond law and order, lives a baker. His name is Peter, surname Fröhlich, and the sign by the road says “The Bread Sheriff.” He has been baking sourdough bread since the 1980s—you can taste it—and now the Bread Sheriff also sells quality cheeses and fine delicacies from Vækst. Fröhlich himself stands behind the counter and gladly tells about all the good things for body and mind. It’s sourdough bread and cheese made with time for calm.
It doesn’t get more local and secret than this.
