Vinyasa yoga with a focus on body and mind

Try Vinyasa yoga with Sarah Sofie on Ærø. A dynamic and physical class with a theme, adjustments and space for all levels.

Join a dynamic yoga class focusing on both body and mind. Sarah Sofie is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and has practised daily in Byron Bay, Bali and Lisbon, among other places. Now she shares her experience in her studio on Ærø.

Each class is based on a new theme and combines strength, movement and breathing. It is a physically challenging class where you are guided safely through the sequences. Adjustments are made along the way so that both new and experienced participants can join in.

You can borrow a quality mat on arrival - just show up in comfortable clothes and ready to move.
