Gravendal

At magnificent Gravendal, your hostess Mette has rethought the original bed & breakfast concept. The mindset is less is more, and both the décor and commodities are carefully selected.

Gravendal is an old family farm that has been converted into a bed & breakfast and home.

The farm's surroundings are fantastic with a huge and wild garden, a path to the sea and the Baltic Sea in the backyard.

On the first floor of the main house there are 4 rooms. Each one is unique in its own way. Some have space for extra beds and several have views of the Baltic Sea - what they all have in common is that the decor has been carefully curated and only what you need is here.

Mette, the hostess of the house, provides a delicious local breakfast and a packed lunch if you're travelling beyond the island. In the afternoon, she is happy to offer coffee and sweets in the house's two lounges. Dinner can be purchased if desired.

The house's interior design and homely feel make Gravendal ideal for family gatherings.

Keep an eye on Mette's website, where she regularly advertises stays at Gravendal; for example, you can book a Winter Hike stay, which offers both food over a campfire and champagne when you have completed the hike.
