Just outside Marstal, you’ll find Nyttehaven Marstal, where vegetables are grown with a focus on flavour, quality and seasonality. Part of the harvest makes its way to cafés and restaurants across Ærø.

As a visitor, you can also enjoy the produce. At Nyttehaven’s small roadside stall, you can buy vegetables directly from the farm and take fresh ingredients back to your holiday kitchen, holiday home or next meal.

The selection follows the seasons and depends on what is ready to harvest. This means that the produce available at the stall can vary from one visit to the next and is sold while stocks last.
