Guided tours at Marstal Maritime Museum

Travel through Danish maritime history at Marstal maritime Museum.

To visit Marstal Maritime Museum is like a journey through Danish maritime history from the 1600s to today. The museum is located in five buildings near the harbor.

Through 37 exhibition rooms are Danish maritime history brought to life by more than 200 model ships, 130 ships in bottles, hundreds of ship portraits, marine and navigation gear and much much more.

In the administration building there is also a rich archive for local and maritime history.

In July and until mid-August, there are a free guided tour in Danish every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 11:00 am.

Free guided tour in English when the entrance fee is payed 16. and 22. august  at 1.30 pm and 25. august at 1.00 pm.
