Øhavet Festival
Øhavet Festival is a summer dream of a festival with concerts, talks and children's activities in authentic surroundings at Marstal Harbour.

The island's largest town, Marstal, was created by the sea and shaped by people who know its power. Here, narrow streets and alleys wind their way between old houses, and the harbour is always close by. The atmosphere is calm, present and rounded off by a life lived with the wind at your back. A town where you slow down and rediscover simplicity.
In Ærøskøbing, you step into a time capsule from the 1700s. The town's cobbled streets, crooked houses and colourful doors remind you of a time long past. Explore and enjoy the stories from the past mixed with the pulse of the present. The towering hollyhocks of summer and the deafening silence of winter are two sides of the same coin - an adventure you should not miss.
Søby is the smallest of Ærø's three towns - with roots in the sea and hands in the work. The rhythm of the town is characterised by the shipyard, fishing and generations of life close to the coast. Today, the pace is slower, but still connected to the wind and water. Here, the view opens up; towards the horizon, towards tranquillity and towards the simple life.
